Ellie Forsyth

Ellie qualified in December 2024 having completed her training at BPE Solicitors, where she started as a Legal Personal Assistant, progressing first to become a Paralegal and then a Senior Paralegal, before completing her legal executive training.

She is an Assistant lawyer in our employment department and advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, such as:

• Disciplinary process

• Grievances procedures

• Redundancy consultation

• Preparation of contracts/directors service agreements

• Settlement agreements

• Employment exit advice

Ellie also handles Employment Tribunal litigation.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
