Alex qualified in March 2026 having completed his training contract at well-established Gloucestershire firm practicing in areas Corporate/Commercial, Commercial Property and Family Law. Thereafter Alex joined Sherbornes as a Solicitor in April 2026. Day to day Alex deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law ranging from Formation of Companies, Shareholders’ Agreements and Business Sales and Acquisitions.

As a Corporate Solicitor, he advises business on Corporate and Commercial law, such as:

  • Shareholder agreements;

  • Buying and selling businesses;

  • Management Buy-Outs;

  • Incorporation;

  • Company Restructures;

  • Succession planning;

  • Contract reviews; and

  • Legal due diligence.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys keeping himself active by going to the gym, rock-climbing and is a former boxer.
