Dealing with flexible working requests

Having initially only applied to parents and carers with 26 weeks’ service, the right to make a flexible working has been extended over the years so that now all employees have the right to make a request from day one of employment. This one and a half hour webinar will explain how requests must be dealt with, including how to comply following the change in 2027.
